Liz Riddell
Founder/ Principle Exercise Physiologist
Liz has been dedicated to improving health outcomes as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for over 14 years. Her career spans regional and remote areas of Victoria, where she has worked in both public and private hospitals, private practice and with state and national level athletes. Liz has extensive experience supporting women of all ages and health conditions, with particular expertise in cardiac and orthopaedic rehabilitation and athlete development.
Passionate about women’s health, Liz brings a wealth of knowledge and a refined skill set in designing exercise programs tailored to complex women’s health conditions. Her vision is to make high-quality women’s health care accessible to every woman, regardless of location. Liz understands the barriers many face, including the need to travel long distances or settle for generalized care from non-specialists.
